To inform you that the Ministry of Education's National Education and Early Childhood Education Administration (hereinafter referred to as the National Education Administration) is organizing the 108th "Cool English Listening King" competition. Please encourage your students to actively register and participate. Please acknowledge receipt.

Description:
1. In accordance with the National Education Administration's letter No. 1080015013 dated February 12, 2019.
2. To encourage elementary and junior high school students nationwide to utilize the "Animated Adventures" and "VOA Movie English" learning zones on the Cool English online learning platform, enhance students' English listening skills, and boost their interest in learning English, the aforementioned English listening competition is organized.
3. The competition period is from February 4, 2019, to March 8, 2019. Participants must register in the competition zone before answering questions during the competition period and complete their answers before the end of the event. The event website is as follows: http://www.coolenglish.edu.tw/.
