I. This project has been communicated to all schools by the Bureau of Education's official document: Tao Jiao Ti Zi No. 1080002169, dated January 8, 2019.
II. To enhance disaster prevention awareness among elementary and junior high school students in our city, encourage schools to implement disaster prevention education and outreach, and integrate disaster prevention into daily campus life, the aforementioned disaster prevention education painting competition is being organized.
III. Please refer to the attached implementation plan for competition details. The submission period is from now until March 15, 2019 (postmark date of submission). Please collect submissions and mail them via registered post. Those who wish to participate should mail the registration form, artwork, and a brief description of the artwork to: Reception Group, Luzhu Elementary School, Luzhu District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 850, Section 2, Fuguo Road, Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, 33849). Please mark "2019 Disaster Prevention Education Painting Competition" on the envelope.

V. When submitting, please collate the "artwork," registration form, and artwork description for each participant into one document (do not attach them to the artwork).
