For your information, please find attached one copy of the subsidy standards for health examinations for civil servants and school staff of the Taoyuan City Government and its affiliated agencies and schools, effective retroactively from January 1, 108.
Explanation:
I. To strengthen the frequency of health examinations for civil servants and school staff aged 50 and above, and to encourage colleagues to prioritize their own
health management, the subsidy standard for health examinations for civil servants and school staff aged 50 and above in agencies and schools affiliated with the Taoyuan City Government
(excluding heads of agencies and schools and personnel at or above the level of director of first-level agencies and departments) has been adjusted
to NT$3,500 per person per year, or NT$7,000 per person every two years, effective from January 1, 108.
(the same applies below).
II. For those who have already applied for subsidies in 108 and whose actual health examination costs exceed NT$3,500, they may apply for the difference.
Additionally, for those who applied for subsidies in 107, they may apply for subsidies in 108 based on the annual standard (i.e., NT$3,500 per year).
However, if they wish to apply for subsidies based on the biennial standard (i.e., NT$7,000 every two years), they may do so in 109.

III. Agencies and schools should allocate the increased expenses required for 108 from relevant budget items, and budget for 109 according to the subsidy standards.
