2. The matters that teachers wishing to apply for inter-city transfer to Taipei City in the 108 academic year should be aware of are explained as follows:

(1) Full-time counselors and counselors in junior high schools in the city may be transferred after completing three years of full-time service in the school and with the approval of the school's Teacher Review Committee.

(2) Guandu Junior High School, Zhishan Junior High School, Wuchang Junior High School, Taoyuan Junior High School, and Dali Junior High School are the main schools for jointly appointed formal teachers in the city. If any teacher applies for inter-city transfer, the vacant position must still be filled through the joint appointment teacher system.

(3) Taipei Municipal Fanghe Experimental Junior High School is currently conducting school-based experimental education. The Eastern District Special Education Resource Center attached to it is responsible for junior high school special education services. Special education teachers transferred to this school will be part of the itinerant counseling class structure and will be required to handle administrative tasks for the resource center (including winter and summer vacations) or support other junior high schools in the city as needed.

(4) Xing'an Elementary School, Wenhu Elementary School, Datong Elementary School, and Jingxing Elementary School are the central schools for the city's multi-school support itinerant teacher program. If any teacher applies for inter-city transfer, the vacant position must still be filled through the multi-school support itinerant teacher program.
