To inform you about Yilan County's estimated surplus teachers and schools that need to implement a joint hiring system in 108, if teachers from our school are interested in serving in those schools through the teacher exchange program for public elementary, middle, and kindergarten schools in Taiwan and Fujian, they should carefully consider.

轉知有關宜蘭縣108年度預估有超額教師學校及需執行共聘教師制度等情形，請本校教師如有意願經由臺閩地區公立國民中小學暨幼兒園教師介聘至各該學校服務者，應審慎考慮。
說明：
一、依據宜蘭縣政府108年4月25日府教學字第1080066347號函辦理。
二、該縣所屬學校情形，說明如下：
(一)108學年度預估超額學校為該縣立復興國中、壯圍鄉壯圍國小、員山鄉大湖國小。
(二)該縣萬富國小為該縣英語共聘正式教師主聘學校，倘有教師申請介聘至該校，需執行共聘教師制度，支援該縣憲明國小。
