1. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Education, National Chengchi University, No. 1080015045, dated May 23, 2019.

2. The Center for the Promotion of Experimental Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"), under the Ministry of Education, National Chengchi University, has developed and published the 2019 revised edition of the Experimental Education Operations Manual based on the records of consensus workshops of review committee members over the years, research findings, and relevant regulations. To facilitate information dissemination, an electronic version is hereby forwarded with the link (https://reurl.cc/QmaM9) for reference by all experimental education units (including school-based, publicly managed and privately operated, and non-school-based institutions and organizations); additionally, for convenience in related operations, an interactive checklist (https://reurl.cc/vooDL) is also provided for the use of personnel in charge.

3. To promote the development of experimental education, please actively fill out the experimental education database survey form created by the Center (https://reurl.cc/GQN6y). This will assist in consolidating an overview of the distribution of experimental education and serve as a reference for future manual adjustments.
