II. For the 108 academic year (2019-2020), a new trial for the final round of the painting category, elementary school upper grades, regular class group, will be held with on-site creation (please refer to Attachment 2 of the guidelines for details). Please disseminate this information to your school.

III. To ensure fairness and impartiality in the competition, please strengthen publicity within your school, urging participating students and their instructors to strictly adhere to the competition rules, and to refrain from infringing on others' copyrights or engaging in plagiarism, ghostwriting, or other violations of competition rules.
