On-Campus Account Usage Instructions for Graduates (Graduates Please Read)

1. Graduates are requested to organize and transfer important data to their new school or personal accounts within one year. Student accounts will be deleted if they are not logged into within one year.
2. If graduates find that their accounts have disappeared andhave been using them recently,they may send an email to the Information Group (mis@gm.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw) to apply for account recovery. However, we still remind graduating students to develop a regular backup mechanism and set a schedule for account data transfer to ensure the completeness and availability of personal information.
