I. The details of this event are as follows:

(1) Elementary School Student Group:

1. Correct Medication Use and Health Knowledge Competition:

(1) Time: September 25, 2019 (Wednesday)

(2) Location: Pingzhen District Library Performance Hall (No. 88, Section 3, Huannan Road, Pingzhen District).

(3) Participants: 5th and 6th-grade students of public and private elementary schools in the 2019 academic year. Teams should register by school (1 team per school). Schools with 20 or more classes must participate.

2. Correct Medication Use Teacher Training: To be held on June 21, 2019 (Friday) at Xiang'an Elementary School.

3. Correct Medication Use Awareness Lecture: Participating schools must complete the aforementioned awareness lecture at the latest before the competition. If a list of speakers is required, please contact the Taoyuan Pharmacist Association (speaker fees will be covered by the association). Within 3 days after the lecture, the attending physician or pharmacist should fill out the Google form at http://bit.ly/2H4PBjm to record the service activity at the school and provide lecture photos. Additionally, for feedback on the speaker's overall performance and course content improvement, please have the participating schools complete the Google form at http://bit.ly/2H4YFVv and provide valuable suggestions to enhance the speakers' presentation and communication skills.

(2) Cross-County Elementary School Student Group: The Correct Medication Use and Health Knowledge Competition will invite 1 to 2 schools from Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, and Miaoli County to participate in a demonstration competition. During the preliminary round, schools will jointly compete with the Correct Medication Use Education Center School of Taoyuan City, Longshan Elementary School. The award method will not affect the quota for the elementary school student group competition in this city.

(3) Junior High School Student Group:

1. Event Theme: Creative Four-Panel Comic Creation.

(1) Participants: Students from public and private junior high schools in this city.

(2) Registration Deadline: Please submit by September 4, 2019 (Wednesday) (works can be submitted by September 9, Monday) directly to the Taoyuan Pharmacist Association (20th Floor-6, No. 400, Huanbei Road, Zhongli District, 32070).

(4) High School (Vocational) Student Group:

1. Event Theme: Songwriting.

(1) Participants: Students from public and private high schools (vocational) in this city.

(2) Registration Deadline: Please submit by September 4, 2019 (Wednesday) (works can be submitted by September 9, Monday) directly to the Taoyuan Pharmacist Association (20th Floor-6, No. 400, Huanbei Road, Zhongli District, 32070).

II. In accordance with the "Taoyuan City Public Schools and Kindergartens Staff Reward and Punishment Guidelines," the rewards for the competition's supervising teachers are as follows: First place will receive 2 commendations, second place will receive 1 commendation, and third place and honorable mentions will receive a certificate. Additionally, for the "Creative Idea Award": students who achieve a perfect score of 6 points in individual積分 will receive a small exquisite gift and a certificate. If all three students in a school's team achieve a perfect score of 6 points in individual積分, the supervising teacher will be rewarded according to the "Taoyuan City Public Schools and Kindergartens Staff Reward and Punishment Guidelines" and will receive a certificate. For private schools, rewards will be handled by the school's authority.
