II. The details of the aforementioned forum are as follows:

(I) Date: September 25, 2019 (Wednesday), from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

(II) Location: Second Lecture Hall, National Taiwan Ocean University (No. 2, Beining Road, Zhongzheng District, Keelung City).

(III) Content: This forum will focus on "Marine Law, Politics, and Affairs Management," with three main topics for discussion and exchange: "The Meaning and Practice of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea," "Marine Affairs and Resource Conservation," and "Sharing of Practical Experience in Marine Education" (details as attached).
