Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1080050141E dated June 12, 2019.
2. The aforementioned regulations were jointly amended and promulgated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology on June 12, 2019, with letters No. 1080050141B (Ministry of Education) and No. 1080031617B (Ministry of Science and Technology).
