Description:

I. In accordance with the city's 108th academic year plan to improve the professional teaching and curriculum quality of elementary and junior high school teachers.

II. The official document for this case will be issued after the Ministry of Education approves the plan.

III. The workshops mentioned above will be held at Ximen Elementary School from 9 AM to 4 PM on the August dates. The relevant information is as follows:

(I) 108th academic year professional feedback talent introductory workshops, sessions 1-3: August 6, 2019 (Tuesday), August 7, 2019 (Wednesday), August 9, 2019 (Friday).

(II) 108th academic year community convenor capacity building workshops, sessions 1-3: August 12, 2019 (Monday), August 22, 2019 (Thursday), August 26, 2019 (Monday).

(III) 108th academic year teaching mentorship training workshop (one session only): August 13-16, 2019 (Tuesday to Friday), a total of 4 days.

(IV) 108th academic year professional feedback talent advanced training workshop, session 1: August 19-20, 2019 (Monday-Tuesday), a total of 2 days.

IV. Participants:

(I) Introductory workshops for professional feedback talent:

1. Teachers in senior and secondary schools in Taoyuan City (including substitute, part-time teachers, or teaching support staff without a formal teaching certificate are also welcome to audit).

2. Elementary education support group members who have not yet obtained introductory professional feedback talent hours or the old introductory certificate.

3. To facilitate schools in promoting open classes and professional feedback under the 108 curriculum, schools are encouraged to have their teachers actively participate. New teachers (including kindergarten) in the city for the 108th academic year must participate.

(II) Community convenor capacity building workshops: Convenors of introductory and advanced professional learning communities that applied for the Taoyuan City Improvement Plan in the 108th academic year must attend. Basic professional community convenors are encouraged to attend. Approximately 80 people per session.

(III) Teaching mentorship training workshop:

1. Must have 5 or more years of experience as a formal teacher and 5 or more years of actual teaching experience.

2. Must possess the old advanced certificate for evaluation personnel, or have completed the "Professional Feedback Talent Advanced Training Certificate."

3. After public review and approval by relevant meetings such as the school's academic affairs meeting, teacher evaluation committee, curriculum development committee, or administrative meeting, the recommendation will be submitted for the principal's signature. However, the cumulative number of recommendations from each school shall not exceed 50% of the teacher's establishment.

4. Teachers in Taoyuan City's elementary, junior high, and senior high (vocational) schools. Approximately 20 people are expected to be admitted.

(IV) Advanced professional feedback talent workshop:

1. Must have 3 or more years of experience as a formal teacher and 3 or more years of actual teaching experience.

2. Must possess the old introductory certificate for evaluation personnel, or have completed the "Professional Feedback Talent Introductory Training Course."

3. Approximately 35 people are expected to be admitted per session.

V. For those attending the workshops, teachers from each school should register on the "National In-service Teacher Training Information Network" (https://www1.inservice.edu.tw/index2-3.aspx).
