Description:
1. In accordance with the letter of the Hakka Affairs Bureau of this Government, No. 1080006428, dated June 26, 2019.
2. The aforementioned event is scheduled to be held on July 13, 2019 (Saturday) from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the main venue of the Lotus Festival (intersection of Xinhua Road and Jinhua Road, Guanyin District). Additionally, a "2019 Hakka Wave Concert Dance Competition" will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the same afternoon.
3. The details of the "2019 Hakka Wave Concert Dance Competition" are as follows:
(1) Time: July 13, 2019 (Saturday) from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
(2) Location: Main venue of the 2019 Taoyuan Lotus Festival (intersection of Xinhua Road and Jinhua Road, Guanyin District).
(3) Eligibility: No age limit. Teams are eligible to register if at least one member is a registered resident of this city.
(4) Number of participants: Each team may have a maximum of 10 members. No changes or additions to team members are allowed after registration deadline. Each person may register for only one team and cannot register multiple times. A maximum of 10 teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
(5) Participating teams must select one song from the provided repertoire by the organizer or choose a self-licensed song (self-selected song) to perform. The performance should be approximately 3 to 5 minutes long and incorporate Hakka songs.
(6) Registration methods:
1. Online registration: Register via the "GOOGLE Online Registration Form" on the "Hakka Wave" Facebook fan page.
2. Mail-in registration: After completing the registration form (must be mailed by Monday, July 8, 2019, postmark date applies), send it via registered mail to: 1F, No. 26, Mingde Road, Xindian District, New Taipei City 231, Attn: "2019 Hakka Wave Concert Organizing Committee."
3. In-person registration: "2019 Hakka Wave Concert Organizing Committee," 1F, No. 26, Mingde Road, Xindian District, New Taipei City.
4. Fax registration: After completing the registration form, fax it to 02-8665-0917, Attn: "2019 Hakka Wave Concert Organizing Committee."
(7) Registration period: From now until 5:00 PM on Monday, July 8, 2019.
