Description:
I. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") dated May 23, 108 (2019), No. 1080054384D, and the letter dated June 12 of the same year, No. 1080063008.
II. The information for this seminar is summarized as follows:
(I) Participants: Junior high school teachers in this city.
(II) Seminar Date: September 14, 108 (2019) (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
(III) Seminar Location: Pingxing Junior High School in this city (No. 300, Huan'nan Road, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City).
(IV) Registration Method: Register online through the Teacher Professional Development Seminar System of this city from now until the day before each session begins. The organizing unit is Pingxing Junior High School. The list of admitted participants will be determined based on the participants and the order of registration, on a first-come, first-served basis.
III. This case also includes a brief description of the selection for the Financial Literacy Education Action Plan as follows:
(I) Participants: Junior high school teachers in this city (including substitute teachers and intern teachers) can collaborate as teaching teams (at least one of whom must be a formally qualified teacher).
(II) Registration Deadline: Register online through the official event website (https://forms.gle/WioEMuFpWaQZSsr47) from now until October 14, 108 (2019), and email the registration form to twnpos@gmail.com.
(III) Submission Deadline: After completing registration, submit the competition entries by mail or in person to the Financial Literacy Education Program Promotion Group (9F-4, No. 415, Section 4, Xinyi Road, Xinyi District, 11051 Taipei City) by November 4, 108 (2019). The postmark will be the basis for timeliness; late submissions will not be reviewed.
IV. Participants in this case agree to be granted official leave (business trip) registration in principle, with the understanding that they will manage their own teaching arrangements and will not be compensated for substitute teacher fees. For the teacher seminar, actual seminar hours will be awarded.
V. In accordance with the "Regulations on Performance Evaluation of Principals of Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Regulations on Performance Evaluation of Public School Teachers of Senior High Schools and Below," and "Taoyuan City Municipal School and Kindergarten Staff Reward and Punishment Guidelines," teachers on teams that receive "Excellent" in the aforementioned action plan selection will each receive one commendation. Those receiving "Merit" and "Honorable Mention" will each receive a certificate of appreciation. After the event, schools should handle staff rewards and punishments according to relevant regulations. If the rewards and punishments involve principals or HR personnel, they should be reported to the Personnel Office of this Bureau with a recommendation letter for rewards and punishments (and WebHR). Rewards and punishments for accounting personnel should be reported to the Accounting Office of this Bureau with a recommendation letter for rewards and punishments. These will be discussed together at the performance evaluation meeting for accounting personnel convened by the Provincial Government's Accounting Office.
