Announcement Compilation

Forwarding the "2019 New Taipei Education Harvest Festival" event organized by the New Taipei City Government Education Bureau. Participants are granted official leave with pay according to their responsibilities. Please acknowledge.

Description:
I. In accordance with the New Taipei City Government Department of Education's letter No. New Taipei Education Research and Information Letter No. 10813227192 dated July 23, 108.
II. The details of the aforementioned event are as follows:
(I) Dates: Friday, September 27, 108 to Saturday, September 28.
(II) Assembly time and location: 7:00 AM on September 27, 108, at the North Gate 3 of Banqiao Station.
(III) Event location: Hotel in Wanli District, New Taipei City.
III. Registration method:
(I) Online registration: Register from now until https://forms.gle/rfarV9DWZ6 VTBte1A, on a first-come, first-served basis.
(II) After completing the online registration, please pay the registration fee of NT$1,000 within one week of receiving the notification. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver.
IV. Event content:
(I) Pre-event preparation:
1. After completing registration, please join the "New Taipei Education Harvest Festival" group according to subsequent notifications.
2. Each person should prepare a 3-minute teaching experience sharing that adequately represents their style, in the form of a presentation or video (e.g., The Best Class, My Innovative Competency-Based Teaching, Our Community Co-Preparation, etc.). This must be uploaded to the registration website when registering.
3. Each person should prepare a local specialty from their hometown to share during the "58 Degrees of Life" session on the evening of the event.
(II) Event activities:
1. Four major courses: Master Forum, Inspiring Classroom, Local Field Trip, and Collaborative Course Creation.
2. Master Forum: Sharing of competency-based teaching experiences by 5 outstanding teachers (Teacher Lu Congxian, Teacher Chen Zhenwei, Teacher Luo Xiuhui, Teacher Song Yihui, and Teacher Wang Junkai).
3. Inspiring Classroom: Sharing of successful classroom experiences and specific works (including teaching aids, lesson plans, teaching materials, learning tools, teaching tips, board games, teaching videos, and books, etc.) by 25 featured teachers.
4. Local Field Trip: 25 featured teachers will lead 100 participating teachers in groups to the Jinshan and Wanli areas for a local field trip, collecting materials for competency-based course development and engaging in joint discussions.
5. Collaborative Course Creation: Based on the pre-event co-preparation (material reading) and the materials from the "Local Field Trip," participants in each group will brainstorm, discuss, and collaboratively construct a competency-based course.
