I. In accordance with the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau's official document No. 1080014571 dated February 22, 2019, the implementation plan is attached.

II. Workshop Topic: Identification and Counseling for Students with Special Needs.

III. Workshop Speaker: Director Huang Shi-chin, Hsinchu County Student Counseling Center.

IV. Workshop Date: August 29, 2019 (Wednesday), 13:00-16:00.

V. Workshop Location: School Reading Room.

VI. Participants: Teachers, assistants, and parents from elementary and junior high schools in the city, totaling 60 participants.

VII. Registration Method: Teachers and assistants, please register for the workshop on the National Special Education Information Network (https://special.moe.gov.tw/study.php) by selecting "County/City Special Education Workshops" -> "Open Query" -> "County/City (Taoyuan City)" -> "Academic Year (108)" -> "Semester (Fall)" -> "Registration Unit (Zhuwei Junior High School)". Parents, please call the Data Section of the Counseling Office at Zhuwei Junior High School to register (Phone: 03-3835026, ext. 162).

VIII. Teachers participating in this workshop will be granted official (business) leave to attend, provided that their teaching duties are managed independently. Full participation will be granted 3 hours of workshop credit.
