II. The submission period for the aforementioned announcement is from now until August 30, 108. The methods for participation are as follows:

(I) Self-nomination: Nominees can apply in their own name.

(II) Nomination by others: Recommended by government agencies, schools, or government-registered non-profit organizations (institutions), and an agreement signed by the nominee must be submitted.

III. Attached are the "Key Points for Commending Hakka Outstanding Contribution Personnel of Taoyuan City," the "Notes for Nominees for Hakka Outstanding Contribution Personnel of Taoyuan City 2019," and the "Application Form for Hakka Outstanding Contribution Personnel of Taoyuan City," each in one copy.
