Description:

I. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") dated August 23, 108, No. 臺教國署學字第1080094515.

II. The main points of the aforementioned plan are summarized as follows:

(I) Eligibility: Currently employed teachers in public and private senior high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools, as well as students enrolled in teacher education programs or undergoing educational internships at institutions with teacher education departments or programs (including those who have completed pre-service teacher education courses after graduation).

(II) Selection Theme: Centered around "Filial Piety Education or Concepts Related to Filial Piety" (e.g., respecting parents and elders, parental kindness and filial obedience, self-discipline, care and kindness, appreciation and gratitude), aligning with the core concepts and spirit of the 12-year basic education system, and integrated with various subject areas for design.

(III) Submission Deadline: From now until Friday, October 18, 108.

(IV) Review and Selection: The selection process will be conducted in two stages. First, experts and scholars will be invited to conduct an initial review based on the plan's evaluation criteria. Subsequently, a final review meeting will be held to select outstanding works, including special awards, excellent awards, honorable mentions, and selected entries, categorized into elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school/vocational school groups.

(V) Awardees will be invited to attend an award ceremony (tentatively scheduled for December 13, 108). Their award-winning works will be announced on the website of the Department's Filial Piety Education Resource Center.
