I. Participants: All students currently enrolled in junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens nationwide.

II. Submitted Works: Content: No restrictions.

Art Medium: No restrictions. (Mainly two-dimensional works, please do not submit three-dimensional works)

Specifications: Limited to 4K size, 39cm x 54cm.

III.Number of Submissions: Each student is limited to one submission. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. There is no limit to group submissions.

☆ Registration forms can be collected from the counseling office. The submission deadline for the counseling office isOctober 15, 2019 (Tuesday); if not submitted to the counseling office by the deadline, you must mail it to the organizing school yourself.

V.Awards:

(1)Special AwardAward600entries will receive a certificate and be selected to participate in the International Children's Art Exhibition in Japan (the number of selections may vary depending on the quality).

(2)Excellence Award600entries will receive a certificate and may be selected to participate in international children's art exhibitions abroad depending on the situation.

(3)The supervising teachers will be awarded by their respective county and city governments according to their responsibilities.

VII.Label Format: Labels should be A4 size. As shown in Table 1, with two copies, filled in by typing or in block letters.,Entries with unclear information or discrepancies between the school name and address will be disqualified..Copy A should be affixed, and Copy B should be loosely attached (the content of Copy A and Copy B must be filled in consistently, and the school name and address must be clearly and accurately filled in).
