Call for Submissions Theme: Where are you going? The National Development Council is promoting the "2030 Bilingual Nation Policy" by organizing a "Campus Creative Short Film Competition." Please widely publicize this event and encourage students to actively register and submit their entries.

Description:
1. In accordance with the letter from the National Development Council, Ref. No. 1080801231, dated August 30, 2019.
2. The aforementioned short film competition is one of the activities organized by the National Development Council for this year's Bilingual Nation Policy promotional series. The activity details are as follows:
(1) Submission Theme: Where are you going?
(2) Participants: Students currently enrolled in or recent graduates of elementary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, vocational high schools, and universities/colleges (including graduate students).
(3) Submission Period: From now until September 22, 2019 (Sunday).
(4) Online Voting Period: September 28, 2019 (Saturday) to October 13, 2019 (Sunday).
(5) Award Announcement Date: October 15, 2019 (Tuesday).
(6) For detailed registration and competition guidelines, please refer to the official event website (https://www.bln 2019.com/) and the prospectus.
3. Attached are one copy each of the promotional poster and relevant prospectus for the aforementioned short film competition. We kindly request your school to encourage students to participate actively and to widely promote the event through web pages, social media, or bulletin boards.
