I. In accordance with the letter from National Kaohsiung Normal University dated September 16, 2019, No. 1081007726.

II. To support the government's promotion of the 2030 Bilingual Nation Development Policy, the aforementioned forum invites domestic and international education experts and scholars to share their visions for bilingual and international education, bilingual school operations and management, and bilingual education experiences.

III. Date and Time of Event: October 4, 2019 (Friday) 10:00-16:00.

IV. Venue: Black Box Theater, B1, College of Liberal Arts, National Kaohsiung Normal University, Heping Campus (No. 116, Heping 1st Road, Lingya District, Kaohsiung City).

V. Participants: Teachers, students, and members of the public from universities, colleges, and primary and secondary schools.

VI. The Bureau agrees to grant teachers from municipal schools who participate in the aforementioned forum official (business) leave registration, provided that their teaching responsibilities are managed independently. Participants who complete the entire forum will be granted 5 hours of professional development credit. Private schools should handle this matter according to their own authority.
