The 21st "Kaiping Culinary Master Cup" Cooking Competition organized by Kaiping Vocational School of Culinary Arts, Taipei City.

I. Objectives of this event: (I) To promote the deep-rooted development of culinary culture. (II) To establish a parent-child mutual cooperation platform, enhancing family relationships. (III) To introduce culinary education and provide career exploration opportunities.
II. Competition Categories: The competition is divided into three categories: "Chinese Fried Rice," "Italian Pasta," and "Cake Decoration." Under the theme of "Taiwan All-Flavor Championship," junior high school students are encouraged to create simple and delicious "Taiwanese-style Chinese Fried Rice and Italian Pasta" using Taiwanese pork. For cake decoration, students are encouraged to use their imagination and creativity with the theme of "Taiwan."
III. Competition Date: November 16, 2019
(Saturday) 08:00-15:00
IV. Competition Venue: Kai Ping Culinary School, Taipei City
V. Registration Period: From now until October 31, 2019 (Thursday) at 16:00 (postmark date applies).
