For your information, the Taitung County Government has amended the competition rules and technical manuals for 22 competition categories, including track and field, for the "2020 National Games for Persons with Disabilities of the Republic of China." Please refer to them.

| The competition regulations and technical manuals for each competition are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Official online registration: From January 6, 2020 (Monday) at 8:00 AM to February 7, 2020 (Friday) at 5:00 PM; no changes can be made after the registration deadline. |
| (2) | Deaf Badminton Technical Manual: A mixed doubles event has been added. Each county and city can register no more than 2 teams for doubles competitions. |
| (3) | Deaf Table Tennis Technical Manual: Three events have been added: men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. Each county and city can register no more than 2 teams for doubles competitions. |
| (4) | For other amendments and regulations, please refer to the attached competition regulations and technical manuals for each competition. |
| III. | The venues for each competition of this event are listed in the technical manuals for each competition. However, since there is no bowling venue in that county, the competition venue is planned to be held outside the county. The procurement for professional services for the aforementioned bowling competition venue is currently in the bidding process. In addition, the specifications for the balls used in ball sports competitions are currently being procured by the organizing committee. After the bidding for the aforementioned projects is awarded, the information will be announced on the official website of the event. |
