I. In accordance with the National Taiwan Arts Education Center's letter dated November 14, 108 (108) with reference number 1080003953B, the implementation guidelines for the 108 academic year's National Student Music Competition, and the implementation plan for the city's 108 academic year's student music competition.

II. The registration system for the 108 academic year's National Student Music Competition (http://web.arte.gov.tw/music/) will be open from 9:00 AM on November 20, 108 (108). Groups and individuals who have qualified for the finals should register on the aforementioned website before December 13, 108 (Friday), and submit the stamped paper copy directly to Neili Junior High School, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 108, Fuhua 1st St., Zhongli Dist., Taoyuan City). Failure to complete the registration within the deadline (including online registration and submission of the paper registration form to Neili Junior High School) for those who have qualified for the finals will be considered a forfeiture. We kindly request your school to assist in relaying the registration schedule to the participants. Late registrations for the finals will not be accepted.

III. Furthermore, the registration notes for the finals are also announced on the National Student Music Competition Finals website (http://web.arte.gov.tw/music/). Any matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with these implementation guidelines.
