II. The summary of the aforementioned event information is as follows (please refer to the implementation plan for details):

(I) Implementation Method: The carnival event will focus on promoting Minnan culture, covering DIY food, learning about Minnan culture and daily life utensils, traditional rhymes, and toy making. It will also include a game-based activity where local elders, volunteers, and teachers will serve as instructors and facilitators.

(II) Time and Location: December 7, 2019 (Saturday) from 8:10 AM at Ximen Elementary School.

(III) Participants: Inviting students' parents, local elders, members of the community, and all teachers and students in the city.

(IV) Registration Method: Please send the list of participating parents and students from your school via fax (fax number: 3347248) to the Academic Affairs Office of Ximen Elementary School by November 29, 2019 (Friday). You can also fill out the Google form online (link: https://forms.gle/fUEDw5yrsTVYwopG8).
