1. Graduation Yearbook Editing Schedule:

   First Editing Meeting:1Month8th (Wednesday) 7th period in the afternoon

   Location: Zhongxiao Building, Multi-purpose Classroom

   Meeting Content: Distribute editing paper and explain editing methods

   Please all editorial committee members start creating

   Second Editing Meeting:2Month19th (Wednesday) 7th period in the afternoon

   Location:Zhongxiao Building, Multi-purpose Classroom

   Meeting Content: Bring the edited yearbook pages to the meeting room for the instructor to review and revise

   Please all editorial committee members complete the yearbook editing

   Third Editing Meeting:2Month26th (Wednesday) 7th period in the afternoon ( Final Draft Date )

   Location: Zhongxiao Building, Multi-purpose Classroom

   Meeting Content: Review the completed yearbook edits. Submit the final draft to the Academic Affairs Office. Minor class revisions should be submitted beforehand. Do not be late, as it will affect printing.

2. Editing Notes and Location: Please all class editorial committee members bring photos (class group photo, teacher's salon photo), scissors, double-sided tape, notebook, pen, cloud paper, pastel paper toZhongxiao Building, Multi-purpose Classroomto gather. Create a class style and showcase class characteristics.

3. Editing meeting time is limited, the meeting will start on time, please do not be late.

4. There should be a unified theme and background. (Use cloud paper, pastel paper, etc. as background.)

5. Collect photos from classmates uniformly. (Individual photos and group photos from the past three years.)

6. Count the number of people and appearances in the group photos to ensure every student has a chance to be featured.

7. Each class has a total of8pages. The order is: Teacher's salon photo, teacher's message, student's individual photos, student activity group photos, editing message, etc.

8. Please complete the creation within the final draft deadline. If not completed by the deadline, it will be presented as a blank page.

   Please all class editorial committee members think ahead and collect photos to present the best memories of the past three years of junior high.
