Description:
II. The influenza vaccination method for this time is as follows:
(I) Vaccination 대상: Teachers of junior high schools and high schools (vocational) in this city who are not covered by the central public funding.
(II) Vaccination method: Please bring your National Health Insurance card and identification documents (teacher's card or proof of employment, which must show the place of employment and job title) to the district health stations in this city for vaccination.
(III) Vaccination period: Depending on the actual allocation by the CDC, it is scheduled from January 1, 2020, until the vaccine runs out. You can contact the district health stations in this city by phone in advance to confirm if there are still vaccine doses available.
III. Faculty and staff who are eligible for central public funding (including adults over 50, individuals with high-risk chronic diseases, pregnant women, and parents of infants under 6 months old, etc.) can bring relevant supporting documents and their National Health Insurance card to the district health stations and contracted medical institutions in this city for vaccination starting from January 1, 2020 (those vaccinated under public funding are not limited to teachers or vaccination at health stations).
IV. Considering the convenience of vaccination for teachers, during the influenza vaccination period, please allow faculty and staff to take official leave during non-class hours to get vaccinated, according to your school's authority.
