Description:

I. In accordance with Nantou County Government's official letter No. 1080289112 dated December 25, 2019.

II. The journal's various sections are open for submissions. In addition to contributions related to the central theme of each issue, articles on educational trends, educational policy and administration, curriculum and instruction, counseling and special education, new educational knowledge, research insights on teaching, and school features are also welcome. The central theme for this issue is "Bilingual Education."

III. Submission guidelines are as follows:

(I) The word count for each article should ideally be between 10,000 and 15,000 characters. Please send your submission via email to nantoupaper@gmail.com, and indicate "Nantou Education and Culture Special Issue_Contributor" in the subject line.

(II) Submissions are accepted year-round, with a deadline of September 1st each year.

(III) The journal is published online only, without a print version. Publication is expected in December each year.

(IV) Plagiarism or submitting the same manuscript to multiple publications is prohibited. Authors are solely responsible for any infringement of others' copyrights or disputes related to freedom of speech.

IV. Accepted submissions will receive an honorarium. If there are many excellent submissions in a given issue, the editorial office may prioritize their publication in the following issue.
