The Taoyuan City Government is organizing the selection and commendation of outstanding female civil servants for 109. If there are any recommended candidates among our school colleagues, please fill out the form and submit it to the Personnel Office by January 31, 109.
Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Executive Yuan's Key Points for Commending Model Civil Servants and the City's Implementation Guidelines for Commending Model Civil Servants (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Guidelines).
2. Please proceed with the aforementioned selection and recommendation process in accordance with the Implementation Guidelines. The key points are as follows:
(1) Applicable 대상: Civil servants and contract employees within the establishment of all agencies and schools under the City Government, the Fuxing District Office, and the Fuxing District Representative Council.
(2) Qualification criteria for selection and recommendation: Individuals who meet one of the achievements stipulated in Article 3 of the Implementation Guidelines. Please prioritize the selection and recommendation of grassroots personnel to boost morale.
(3) Circumstances under which one cannot be selected as a model civil servant:
1. Within the last 3 years, have received criminal penalties, disciplinary sanctions, impeachment, censure, or a demerit or above in regular performance reviews, or have been issued a notice of attention or warning in accordance with the Judicial Yuan's Organic Law.
2. Within the last 3 years, have received an annual performance rating of B or equivalent or lower, or a job performance evaluation below 'good'.
3. Those selected as model civil servants of the city will be preferentially recommended, with 1 to 2 individuals, to participate in the Executive Yuan's Model Civil Servant selection for 109. If selected, they will be granted official leave and other awards in accordance with regulations.
4. Attached are the Executive Yuan's Key Points for Commending Model Civil Servants and the City's Implementation Guidelines for Commending Model Civil Servants, one copy each.
