Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Guidelines for Subsidizing Municipalities and Counties (Cities) Governments to Improve the Professional Teaching and Curriculum Quality of Junior and Elementary School Teachers.
2. This project aims to encourage teachers in our city to collaborate through peer co-planning and self-directed workshop content, simplifying application forms and outcome assessments. We encourage your school to motivate teachers to form communities and actively apply.
3. The application process for communities is as follows:
(1) Preliminary Review: Teachers within each school can form groups internally or across schools. A group is formed with a minimum of 3 people. The group initiator fills out the application form and submits it to the school for preliminary review.
(2) Secondary Review: The initiator of the group's school shall upload the approved and stamped application form (PDF file) to the website of the "Taoyuan City Junior and Elementary Education Guidance Group Professional Practice Team" (http://lcg.rhps.tyc.edu.tw/) one month before the workshop. After review by the committee, the initiator will be notified via email, and the results will be announced on the "Taoyuan City Junior and Elementary Education Guidance Group Professional Practice Team" website. School administrators can then proceed to open the course on the "Taoyuan City Teacher Professional Development Workshop System" and allow interested teachers in the city to register freely. The number of participants per session should be between 3 and 30 people in principle.
(3) Grouping Models: Operation methods can include lectures, practical exercises, workshops, and co-teaching preparation. There is no limit to the number of applications during the project implementation period.
1. Collaborative Learning Groups: No limit on workshop duration, with a maximum budget of NT$6,000.
2. Self-Directed Groups: Workshops held after work hours, on holidays, and during winter/summer breaks (excluding co-planning days), with a maximum budget of NT$20,000.
4. Workshop Assessment: Within 2 weeks after the workshop concludes, combine the attendance sheet (Attachment 3) and the outcome report (Attachment 4) into a single PDF file and upload it to the "Taoyuan City Junior and Elementary Education Guidance Group Professional Practice Team" website.
5. Fund Disbursement and Reimbursement: After the workshop concludes, submit the application form, unified receipt, original supporting documents, and original remittance details form to the Ximen Elementary School Professional Development Center for fund disbursement and reimbursement.
