Description:

1. In accordance with the letter No. 1090007691 from Taoyuan Education Bureau (Elementary Education) dated February 3, 2020.

2. The preparatory office has applied for the "Intergenerational Inclusion - Community Elderly Care Course Design" workshop. Please refer to the attached course schedule for details.

3. From February 15th onwards, please visit the Taoyuan City Education Development Resources Portal (https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx) to inquire about activities. Alternatively, you can use the QR code on the dedicated event page in the attachment to register.

4. We kindly request that you approve official (business) leave for those serving as lecturers for this course.

5. Teachers participating, in principle without affecting their teaching duties and without receiving overtime pay for substitute teachers, will be granted study hours based on their actual participation. We also request approval for official (business) leave.

6. Precautions:

(1) In response to the campus epidemic prevention measures for COVID-19, participants in the workshop are required to wear masks when entering and exiting the venue and comply with the epidemic control measures of each unit. Please take necessary self-prevention measures. If you have the flu or symptoms of fever, please self-isolate and do not attend.

(2) Parking information for the workshop venue is detailed in the attachment. Please bring your own reusable cup.

(3) In response to "COVID-19 epidemic prevention measures," the lecture on March 18th (Wednesday) will be fully recorded and uploaded to YouTube for viewing by those who cannot attend.
