The "Regulations on the Qualifications and Employment of Hakka Teachers in Senior High Schools, Junior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Kindergartens" were jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Education and the Hakka Affairs Council on February 21, 2020, with Orders No. Tai Jiao Shi (Er) Zi No. 1090004480B and Ke Hui Wen Zi No. 10900010992.
