Description:
1. In accordance with the letter from Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. Data Communications Branch, dated February 24, 109, with reference number 1090000473.
2. The "Government E-Procurement Network" is operated by Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. on behalf of the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan. To enhance procurement personnel's familiarity with the system's operation, training for procurement personnel is hereby organized.
3. This training offers a total of 5 types of courses, all conducted with one person per computer for hands-on practice. Each course is approximately 3 hours long. Procurement personnel are encouraged to choose courses based on their needs:
(1) E-Procurement Basic Course
(2) Introduction to New E-Procurement Functions
(3) Framework Agreement - Contracting Agency
(4) Publicly Solicited Electronic Quotations
(5) Electronic Bidding and Opening Course
4. The online registration website is http://web.pcc.gov.tw. After logging in with your agency's account and password, click on "Training" > "Physical Courses" in the left-hand menu, select a session you can attend, and click "Register Now" to complete the registration process.
5. This course is free of charge, and participants who complete the course assignments can earn 3 hours of lifelong learning credit for civil servants.
