I. The activity information is as follows:
(I) Activity Method: Smokers ("participants") and non-smokers ("witnesses") form teams of 2 and complete the registration procedures before the end of April 2020.
(II) Eligibility:
1. "Participants" who smoke must be at least 18 years old, hold Republic of China nationality or have resided in Taiwan for more than 1 year, and have been continuously smoking for the past year.
2. Non-smoking "witnesses": must be at least 7 years old, have never smoked or have quit smoking for more than 1 year, and be a family member, teacher, roommate, or other person who frequently interacts with the participant.
(III) Competition Period: May 2, 2020, to May 29, 2020.
(IV) Activity Rewards:
1. First Prize for Successful Smoking Cessation: NT$300,000 for the participant and witness combined, 1 group.
2. Second Prize for Successful Smoking Cessation: NT$60,000 for the participant and witness combined, 6 groups.
(V) Registration Method:
1. Online Registration: Please register on the "Chinese Quit Smoking Network" (www.e-quit.org).
2. Mail Registration: After filling out the registration form, please mail it directly to the foundation before April 30.
3. Fax Registration: Fax the registration form to (02)-2752-7247.
