Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1090044946, Department of Social Education (4), dated March 25, 2020.
2. To encourage all citizens to learn Hokkien and enhance the professional literacy of teachers and the language ability of students, the Ministry of Education is holding the aforementioned certification examination. Please inform teachers currently employed, teaching support staff for local languages, and students to actively register for the exam.
3. The details of the certification examination are summarized as follows:
(1) The examination will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2020. Online registration and group registration services will be available from April 10, 2020, to May 8, 2020.
(2) To encourage students to register, candidates aged 19 and below are exempt from the registration fee.
(3) The examination handbook, registration system, and related information are available on the website for the "Ministry of Education 2020 Hokkien Language Proficiency Certification Examination" (Website: https://blgjts.moe.edu.tw).

4. There are additional incentive measures for group registration for this examination. Schools are encouraged to actively assist students with group registration. The group representative has a chance to win a Taiwan scenic spot map (including a magnet, limited to 500 sets). Distribution will be based on the number of participants in group registrations, with priority given to those with the most participants. The General Examination Center will announce the list of winners on the official certification website in early June 2020 and will mail them out in mid-June 2020. Additionally, schools with more than 30 participants in group registration will receive administrative rewards.
