All faculty and staff of our school who have a travel history within Taiwan during the Qingming Festival holiday (April 2nd to April 5th, 2020) are kindly requested to inform the Human Resources Office by phone before noon tomorrow (April 8th) for compilation and reporting. Thank you all!

一、依據109年4月5日「教育部國教署通報」及桃園市政府教育局109年4月6日桃教體字第1090029937號函辦理。
二、各同仁如前於連假(109.4.2至109.4.5)期間曾至中央流行疫情指揮中心公布之國內11處人潮眾多觀光景點或人潮擁擠地方活動者，敬請儘速於明天(4/8)中午12時前電話告知人事室俾憑彙整回報，另並請實施自主健康管理14天，避免出入公共場所，外出或到校時則請務必配戴口罩(連假結束14天內亦請務必提高對自身健康狀況之警覺並每天量體溫，如發現身體不適，請即配戴口罩就醫或在家休息，並請即時通報)。
