The Kinmen County Government notifies that if the school's employees (teachers, civil servants, workers) meet the two conditions of "not holding public office" and "registered residency in Kinmen County" during the period of the county's wartime administrative affairs, they may submit relevant materials to the county government to apply for the "Certificate of Service and Training Years in the Self-Defense Force Before Assuming Public Office in Kinmen County." This certificate can be used to combine with public service retirement years.
