I. Event Date/Time: August 9, 2020 (Sunday), 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
II. Event Location: Chung Shan Medical University Hospital (No. 110, Section 1, Jianguo North Road, South District, Taichung City).
III. Eligibility: Junior high school students in grades 1, 2, and 3 (referring to the grade level before the summer vacation).
IV. Number of Participants: 100 individuals (if fewer than 50 participants, the event may be canceled or postponed).
V. This event charges an administrative fee of NT$300, which includes lunch and beverages. Participants who complete the entire event will receive a camp t-shirt, a special gift, and a certificate of completion.
VI. Registration Period: May 25th (starting at 12:00 PM) to June 14th (until 11:59 PM) or until full. On-site registration will not be accepted. Please register directly on our association's website: http://www.nurse.org.tw > Online Registration. Registration will be processed as 'non-members.' 150 spots are available. The first 100 eligible participants will be notified based on registration order. Our association will send a payment notification via email. Please upload proof of payment to the designated website within the specified time to complete the registration process. If the first 100 participants are ineligible or cancel, individuals from the 101-150 spots will be considered for replacement.
VII. After registering, please ensure your attendance. If you are unable to attend, please call our association during the registration period to cancel your registration so that backup participants can be arranged.
VIII. Once the registration fee is paid, refunds will not be issued (except in cases of epidemic-related cancellations).
IX. Successful registration signifies acceptance of the event's rules and regulations.
X. Participants agree that any photos, videos, audio recordings, or likenesses captured during the event may be used by our association for public broadcast, promotion, and publicity in any form (e.g., posted online, on Facebook, or other social media platforms).
