Description:
I. In response to the 2030 Bilingual Nation Policy Development Blueprint, fully activate the bilingualization of the education system.
II. Enhance the capacity of teachers in all subject areas for cross-disciplinary teaching in English through discussions on the operational models of full English teaching in junior and elementary schools.
III. The details of the seminar are as follows (please refer to the implementation plan for details):
(I) Time: Friday, August 21, 2020, from 2:00 PM to 4:50 PM.
(II) Venue: Chang Gung Health Village, Building C, Second Conference Room (No. 2, Changqing Rd., Guishan Dist., Taoyuan City)
(III) Participants: 50 junior and elementary school teachers interested in full English teaching, and school personnel willing to promote bilingual and full English teaching.
(IV) Registration: Please register on the National Teacher In-service Education Network before August 21. Seminar code: "2777279". A total of 3 hours of in-service training will be awarded for full participation.
IV. Schools are requested to grant official (business) leave for the participating lecturers and seminar personnel.
