I. In accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on the Establishment of Teacher Review Committees for Senior High and Below Schools" and the results of the public vote by all qualified teachers of this school from August 28, 109 to August 31 of the same year.

II. In addition to the principal, the representative of the Teachers' Association, and the representative of the Parents' Association, who are ex officio members according to regulations, the elected members of the Teacher Review Committee for the 109 academic year are as follows:
