To inform you about the Health 99 - National Civil Servant Health Check Project for 2020-2022 organized by Lianxin International Hospital.

Details:
I. In accordance with the Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration's Health 99 - National Civil Servant Health Check Program for 2020-2022, the hospital has been selected as a contracted medical institution for the program. They have specifically designed two programs, Health 99 - National Civil Servant Health Check at NT$3,500 and NT$7,000, for colleagues to consider and choose from. Individual or group appointments for examinations are available through these programs. You can use the appointment form or call directly for dedicated service.

II. Attached are the examination items for both programs, the appointment form, and a brief introduction to the activities, one copy of each.

III. Spouses, contracted personnel, and workers of the unit accompanying the civil servants can also participate in this preferential program.
