Inform you about the "2020 National Financial Literacy A+ Roadshow" event. Colleagues are welcome to participate enthusiastically.

We are informing you about the "2020 National Financial Literacy A+ Roadshow" event. All colleagues are welcome to participate.

Details:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Insurance Promotion Institute of the Republic of China, dated September 16, 2020, Ref: Ins-Cen-1090600910.

2. To establish correct concepts of financial and insurance planning among the general public in our city and to cultivate the habit of lifelong learning of financial knowledge, the Taoyuan City Government and the Insurance Promotion Institute of the Republic of China are jointly organizing this event.

3. This event will be held on October 21, 2020 (Wednesday) from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Taoyuan City Government Civil Service Human Resources Training Center (Address: 13F, No. 1, County Hall Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 330). The topics include "Financial Warm-up Show - A Deep Dive into Financial Personalities," "Insurance Protection for Life," and "Sustainable Finance for a Lifetime," with Q&A interaction time also available.

4. Target Audience:
(1) Civil servants and school faculty and staff in our city.
(2) Employees of grassroots financial institutions.
(3) University and college students in our city.
(4) General public in our city.

5. Participation Fee: Free public welfare event.

6. Registration Notes:
(1) Please visit the event website (https://service.tabf.org.tw/if), select the event session you wish to attend (please choose Taoyuan City), and click to register.
(2) The Financial Research Institute of Taiwan is handling registration matters for this event. Inquiries can be made at (02)3365-3553.
(3) The venue can accommodate 130 people. Please register early to avoid disappointment (registration for this session closes on October 15, 2020).

7. Civil servants and public employees who fully participate in this event will receive 3 hours of lifelong learning credit. The Financial Research Institute of Taiwan will assist in logging these credits.

8. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this event will comply with the epidemic prevention policies of the Central Epidemic Command Center. The event will be conducted on a real-name basis. Participants must bring and wear masks, and cooperate with temperature checks and operational regulations before entering.

9. To comply with the Environmental Protection Administration's policy to reduce the use of paper cups, please bring your own reusable cup for use during the event.

10. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the Taoyuan City Government's 13th-floor Civil Service Human Resources Training Center. Please cooperate by not bringing beverages or food into the venue.

11. Attached are the letter from the Insurance Promotion Institute of the Republic of China, a poster, and the event proposal, each in one copy.
