Informs you that the "Regulations on the Examination and Testing Affairs for Various Training Programs Conducted by the Civil Service Protection and Training Commission and its Affiliated Agencies" and the "Fee Standards for Reviewing Examination Papers by the Civil Service Protection and Training Commission" have been renamed to "Fee Standards for Reviewing Examination Results and Examination Papers by the Civil Service Protection and Training Commission". This amendment was promulgated by the Civil Service Protection and Training Commission on November 3, 109.

轉知有關「公務人員保障暨培訓委員會及所屬機關辦理各項訓練測驗試務規定」及「公務人員保障暨培訓委員會閱覽試卷收費標準」名稱修正為「公務人員保障暨培訓委員會複查成績及閱覽試卷收費標準」，業經公務人員保障暨培訓委員會分別以中華民國109年11月3日公評字第1092260214號令及公評字第10922602141號令修正發布一案。
說明：
一、依公務人員保障暨培訓委員會（以下簡稱保訓會）109年11月3日公評字第10922602144號函辦理，並附原函及附件影本各1份。
二、為配合公務人員考試錄取人員訓練辦法及各項晉升官等（資位）訓練辦法部分條文修正，新增課程測驗違規行為扣分、不予計分或扣考，放寬改期測驗申請期間，以及新增申請複查成績應繳納費用等相關規定，爰修正本試務規定及收費標準。
三、相關資料均刊登於保訓會網站（https：//www.csptc.gov.tw）「培訓最新消息」及「法規及函釋」項下。
