1. To expand the social circles of unmarried civil servants and public school teachers in various agencies (organizations) and schools in Taoyuan City (hereinafter referred to as "the City"), encourage their participation in volunteer services, and in conjunction with the Christmas season, this event is specially organized.
2. The details of this event are as follows:
(1) Event Time: December 23, 2020 (Wednesday), 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
(2) Event Venue: Public Service Human Resources Training Center on the 13th Floor of Taoyuan City Government, Galilee Love Neighbor Holistic Care Association, and Fullon Hotel Lihpao.
(3) Event Content: The theme is "Spread the Love," encouraging participation in volunteer services. It also aims to engage participants through interactive activities and fun mini-games to foster conversation, opportunities for getting to know each other, and strengthen friendships.
(4) Participants:
1. Unmarried civil servants, public school teachers, contract employees, and temporary staff paid monthly from various agencies (organizations), schools, and district offices of Taoyuan City Government, as well as the Fuxing District People's Representative Council (excluding labor dispatch, labor contracting personnel, and conscripted servicemen).
2. Priority will be given to unmarried colleagues who participated in the Taoyuan City Government's matchmaking events for unmarried civil servants and public school teachers from 2017 to 2019 and are still unmarried.
(5) The maximum number of participants is 40, with a general principle of equal numbers of males and females.
(6) This event is free of charge. Participants will be granted 4 hours of official leave for the volunteer service experience activity in the afternoon.
(7) Registration Period: Registration is open from now until full.
(8) Important Notes for Participants:
1. Please bring a Christmas gift (of unlimited value and creativity) for the gift exchange activity.
2. Wear green or red Christmas-themed clothing to the venue. Changing into the provided attire will earn you a small, exquisite gift.
