Regarding the inquiry about whether teachers who had military service years between the implementation of the new education personnel retirement system and the implementation of the new military personnel retirement system (i.e., from February 1, 1996, to December 31, 1996, without having received retirement benefits) need to make up the retirement fund contributions.
