The "Happy Family Health - National Civil Servants and Teachers Group Insurance" for 2021-2023 has been awarded to China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. through a public selection process by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. All colleagues are welcome to refer to it.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan's (hereinafter referred to as DGPA) official letter No. 11000112052 dated January 19, 2021.
2. The original "Happy Family Health - National Civil Servants and Teachers Group Accident Insurance" from 2019-2021, underwritten by China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Life), was valid until March 31, 2021. To provide civil servants and teachers with coverage for accidents other than those covered by the original policy and for illnesses, the insurance name has been changed to "Happy Family Health - National Civil Servants and Teachers Group Insurance" (hereinafter referred to as this insurance).

Two plans are offered for civil servants and teachers to consider: the "Accident Insurance Benefit Plan" and the "Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, and Hospitalization Medical Benefit Plan."
China Life was selected through a new public bidding process by the DGPA to continue providing services. The insurance period is from April 1, 2021, 00:00 to March 31, 2023, 24:00, for a duration of 2 years.

為「闔家安康-全國公教員工團體保險」(以下簡稱本保
險)，並規劃「意外險給付方案」與「壽險、意外險及住院
醫療給付方案」等2種方案提供公教同仁參考運用。本保險
經人事總處重行辦理公開徵選，由中國人壽獲選接續提供
服務，辦理期間自110年4月1日0時起至112年3月31日24時
止，為期2年。
