Announcement Compilation

The 2021 Tour Guide and Tour Leader Examination is scheduled to be held at our school from March 13th to March 14th, 2021. Colleagues who are interested in serving as invigilators are requested to register verbally or sign up with the Human Resources Office before February 3rd, 2021.

The 110th year tour guide and tour leader examination is scheduled to be held at our school from March 13th to March 14th, 110. Colleagues at our school who are willing to serve as invigilators are requested to register in person or by phone with the Human Resources Office before February 3rd, 110.
 
Notes:
1. Personnel recommended by our school must still be reviewed by the Taoyuan City Government in accordance with the "Selection and Appointment Guidelines for Invigilators." Those who meet the criteria will be notified of their appointment by separate letter. An invigilation fee will be paid daily, and no make-up leave can be applied for.
And you must fully participate in the invigilation briefing and examination work. Relevant information is as follows:
(1) Invigilation Briefing: March 8th, 110 (Monday) from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, held in the Grand Auditorium, B2, Taoyuan City Government. Official leave will be granted during the training period.
(2) Examination Work (full participation according to the examination schedule): March 13th to March 14th, 110 (a total of 2 days).
 
2. Article 3 of the "Selection and Appointment Guidelines for National Examination Invigilators" by the Examination Yuan stipulates:
Invigilators must be currently serving civil servants at the appointed or equivalent level or qualified elementary school teachers or above, aged between 20 and 65, in good health, and capable of performing invigilation duties. However, priority will be given to those who have completed the invigilator training course by the Examination Yuan and hold an invigilator identification card issued by the Examination Yuan.
 
3. In response to the COVID-19 epidemic prevention measures, recommended personnel who are appointed to participate in examination work must wear masks themselves during their service as invigilators. If you have traveled to a region that requires home quarantine upon arrival as announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center within the past 14 days, or if you have symptoms such as fever or respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, sneezing), please do not go to the examination area. Please notify the responsible unit of the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Personnel (Ms. Chen Pin-han, Assistant Officer of the Planning Section, Tel: 03-3322101 ext. 7315) so that subsequent matters can be handled.
