Lunar New Year is approaching. All administrative staff of our school are requested to comply with the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations".

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations" issued by the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Civil Service Ethics on January 25, 110 (2021), document number: 桃政預字第1100000448號, and Resolution 2 of the 109th (2020) "Integrity and Ethics Meeting and Agency Security Maintenance Meeting" of the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Education (as attached in documents 1 and 2).

2. As the Lunar New Year is approaching, colleagues are reminded to strengthen the promotion of the relevant regulations in the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations." If you encounter situations where individuals, corporations, or organizations with a conflict of interest with your official duties offer gifts, invite you to banquets, or make requests for favors, you should refuse or return them in accordance with these regulations, and report to the head of the agency and notify the civil service ethics unit for registration.

3. To implement Article 17 of these regulations, colleagues are requested to make full use of teaching resources such as the Executive Yuan's Public Service Human Resources Development Institute's "e-Learning Platform for Public Servants+" (https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/mooc/index.php) and select courses related to integrity and ethics.

4. Attached are one copy each of the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations" and the "Integrity and Ethics Incident Registration Form" (as attached).
