Explanation:

I.	This is handled in accordance with the Vitalon Social Welfare Charity Foundation's official letter dated February 22, 110 (2021), ref: Wei 110 Cultural No. 004.

II.	The details of the aforementioned competition are summarized as follows:

(1)	Participants: Students from public and private elementary and junior high schools.

(2)	Competition Categories: Divided into "Elementary School Student Group" and "Junior High School Student Group."

(3)	Competition Format: A tongue twister competition format, performed by a pair of two people. The main theme is "The Ideal Place in My Heart," and the competition topics are to be determined by the participants based on this theme.

(4)	Registration Method: From now until Wednesday, April 15, 110 (2021), please mail or fax the registration form to the event execution unit: Super Image Strategy Co., Ltd. (Address: 4F-2, No. 525, Fuke Road, Xitun District, Taichung City 40764; Fax: (04) 2465-6363).
