Therefore, teachers from other counties/cities who are transferred to the junior high divisions of national schools affiliated with the city or the junior high divisions of the Ministry of National Defense's CKS Military Academy (hereinafter referred to as CKS Academy) are not eligible to participate in the city's internal teacher transfer operations (including surplus transfers) to transfer to municipal junior high schools.
